Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a set of various psychological techniques and forms contained in various therapeutic trends (e.g., behavioural - cognitive, analytical, ericksonian, humanistic, gestaltic, systemic). They serve to improve human mental health and well-being, facilitate development and self-awareness, help create priorities in life, they improve social relationships, help to realise one’s own strength and resources to deal with life difficulties, and complement psychiatric treatment.
You can repeat after Joseph Murphy: "Change your thinking habits and you will change your fate"
Psychotherapy is a process. Obtaining lasting improvement requires time and patient's involvement in the psychotherapeutic process. Depending on the patient's condition, the meetings take place once a week or once every two weeks. The therapeutic session lasts 50 minutes. During the first three meetings, the goal of therapy is determined individually with each patient.
